Refund Policy

Our refund policy differs depending on the type of purchase you made. We offer a partial refund for subscription plans and lifetime deals within the first 7 days, and handle other refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

All refund requests are reviewed and processed by our team. We aim to be fair and reasonable — we take every case seriously.

Please note: OxyDance Pilot does not include AI credits in any plan. AI generation requires your own API key from a provider such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or DeepSeek. Costs incurred with your AI provider are entirely separate and are not covered by this refund policy.

The Free plan provides 3 AI generation uses at no charge. No payment is required and no refund is applicable.

We encourage you to use your free generations to test OxyDance Pilot before upgrading to a paid plan. This lets you verify compatibility with your builder and hosting environment before committing.

For yearly subscription plans (Pro Yearly at $72/yr and Agency Yearly at $156/yr), we offer the following refund policy:

• 90% refund on your first payment for any plan, if requested within 7 days of the initial charge
• The remaining 10% covers processing and administration costs
• Refunds requested after 7 days will not be approved — cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the remainder of the period
• Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new billing period begins
• Downgrading a plan mid-cycle does not entitle you to a partial refund; the downgrade takes effect at the start of the next cycle

If you cancel a yearly subscription within the first 7 days, you will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid. After 7 days, cancellation prevents future charges but the current subscription period remains active until it expires.

Lifetime deals (Pro Lifetime at $179 and Agency Lifetime at $349) are one-time purchases. We offer a 90% refund if you request one within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• You submit your refund request within 7 days of the original purchase date
• You have not used the plugin extensively in a production environment

After the 7-day window, lifetime deal refunds are handled at our sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances (such as a critical technical fault on our side that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe).

We encourage you to take advantage of the free plan's 3 generations to evaluate OxyDance Pilot before committing to a lifetime purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.

• Log in to your OxyDance Pilot dashboard
• Navigate to your subscription settings
• Click the "Cancel Subscription" button and confirm

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all paid features during this time. No further charges will be applied after the current period ends. No refund is issued for any unused days beyond the 7-day window described above.

• Your account email address
• Order ID or license key
• The reason for your refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or context (for technical issues)

Refund requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Please submit your request as early as possible within the 7-day window.

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider
• You will receive 90% of the original charge back to your original payment method
• Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the 7-day eligible refund window
• Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchases and refund requests)
• Costs incurred with your AI provider — these are outside the scope of OxyDance Pilot entirely
• Issues caused by third-party software, hosting environments, or incompatible plugins
• Changes in Breakdance Builder, Oxygen Builder, or WordPress core that affect compatibility (we will work to resolve these promptly)
• Dissatisfaction with AI model output quality — output quality depends on the AI model and API key you choose
